Updated October 29, 2026.
Please note: because it's a blend, the Glow Stack is not part of the Oct 28 HHS policy, which covers single-peptide products only.
What is the Glow Stack?
The Glow Stack combines three peptides in one product:
- GHK-Cu, a copper peptide best known for skin and collagen support
- BPC-157, one of the most talked-about peptides for recovery
- TB-500, a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a peptide your body makes naturally
What the research is looking at
Together, these peptides are being studied for their roles in:
- Collagen and skin quality
- Hair
- Tissue repair and recovery
- Inflammation balance
That's why patients focused on skin health, healthy aging and recovery often ask about this stack.
Most of the research so far has been on each peptide on its own, largely in the lab and in animals. The combination itself has not been studied in clinical trials, and human data on all three is limited.
Who it may be for
Adults who want skin and hair support along with recovery support often ask about the Glow Stack.
Results vary from person to person, and our provider will talk with you about realistic expectations.
Regulatory status: please read
On October 28, 2026, HHS announced an interim enforcement policy for six single peptides, including BPC-157 and TB-500.
That policy covers single-peptide products only. Blends, including the Glow Stack, are not part of it. GHK-Cu is not part of that policy in any form.
The Glow Stack is a compounded blend. It is not FDA-approved, and it's prescribed at our provider's discretion. Its availability depends on our compounding pharmacy partner and may change as FDA rules develop.
If the blend isn't available or isn't right for you, our provider can talk with you about the individual peptides instead.
Safety and side effects
Side effects reported with these peptides can include:
- Redness, itching or soreness where it's given
- Headache or tiredness
- Nausea or dizziness
The Glow Stack may not be right for you if:
- You're pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive.
- You're under 18.
- You have active cancer or a history of cancer.
- You have Wilson's disease or another copper-related condition.
Our provider will review your health history before prescribing.
Good to know
- BPC-157 and TB-500 are both on the WADA prohibited list. If you're tested in your sport, check before starting.

Common questions
How is the Glow Stack different from the Klow Stack?
The Klow Stack adds a fourth peptide, KPV, which is being studied for gut and inflammation balance.
Why a blend instead of single peptides?
Some patients prefer one product instead of several. A blend isn't part of the Oct 28 HHS policy, so our provider can also talk with you about single peptides.
When might I notice a difference?
Skin and hair change slowly, so any changes usually take weeks to months. Our provider will set realistic expectations with you.
Do I need bloodwork?
A bloodwork membership is not required for peptides. Our provider may recommend labs based on your health history.
